The Charles River was in an unusually calm and glassy state this morning, creating wonderful reflections of Boston.  I just had to go for a walk along the river and take some pictures.

I've been remiss in some Vox posts, and decided to grab a few shots of the memory card.

First up, for my response to the Vox Hunt from February 3rd (interesting bottles) I'd taken the following images:

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then last week I took a picture of the red sign from the Sheraton Hotel reflected in the frozen Charles River:

Today I took a couple picture along the Broad Canal.  On the way to lunch I spotted a pair of Hooded Merganser's and then grabbed the night shot after the Streb talk.

My quest for lunch took me past the Broad Canal again and the CELCo building had some deliciously abstract reflections.  This image was not retouched in any way and there was nothing floating on the surface of the water.
